PROBLEMS LOGGING IN USING A SHORTCUT?
To resolve this issue, delete the HealthXnet shortcut or Favorite from your browser or desktop and login from HealthXnet's homepage to access the HealthXnet application. Please contact HealthXnet Support if this issue persists.
If adding the HealthXnet to a shortcut or to your Favorites, you must do so while logged out of the HealthXnet application. At login, your browser records a temporary Session Key that will expire when you logout of HealthXnet. If you create a shortcut or Favorite while logged in, the Session Key is embedded in the shortcut or Favorite and it will not work properly when the Session Key is expired.
PROBLEMS WITH RE-LOGIN?
A small percentage of users report that attempts to re-login using current versions of Internet Explorer (IE) will instead direct the user to the HealthXnet home page.
To address this issue within your browser, HealthXnet Support recommends that you Delete/Clear your browser’s history and cookies, and close out of all open browser windows before trying again. Please contact HealthXnet Support if this issue persists.
PROBLEMS GETTING INTO HealthXnet IN THE EVENING OR ON A WEEKEND?
You might be trying to access HealthXnet during a special maintenance window. To minimize user impact, special maintenance is scheduled outside of normal business hours. During system maintenance, users can expect intermittent connectivity issues and/or difficulty accessing the application.
