Each health plan and partner clearinghouse may schedule downtime to allow for maintenance on their inquiry systems. During these scheduled system maintenance windows, the health plan systems and partner clearinghouses may be unavailable to accept and respond to inquiry requests. Sometimes, health plans have scheduled or emergency maintenance and do not notify us about it. What is posted below is what HealthXnet has been made aware of.
